Oakland is getting ready to celebrate the tenth annual Oakfest! This 9-day family entertainment festival is provided as a ministry to our community. Oakfest for 2017 is being held June 2-10 from 6-10 pm each evening. The festival features carnival rides, food, games, and fun for the whole family! Family Nights are Sunday-Thursday when you can purchase a wristband for $20 and ride all night! A free moon-bounce is provided for children too small for the carnival rides, along with free face-painting and other children's activities. Plenty of delicious food is always available including the typical carnival food, and Broaster chicken, pulled-pork BBQ sandwiches, and ice cream from Paul's. There will be no Friday evening Buffets the two Fridays of Oakfest. Mark these dates on your calendar, invite some friends, and join us for a great time at Oakfest!
